    Description

      Goal

As a developer, I want to run MSBuild in a Tekton Pipeline on OpenShift windows nodes so that I can automate build and delivery of my .NET Framework applications on OpenShift with pipelines.

As customers adopt Windows nodes on OpenShift in order to run their Win applications on the same cluster alongside their Linux apps, they are left with their existing CI infrastructure for Win apps which has to be managed outside the platform. Pipelines supporting windows nodes would allow customers to adopt OpenShift Pipelines for both Win and Linux apps to match how they use OpenShift clusters for both type of applications.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • TaskRuns pods can be scheduled on Windows nodes on OpenShift
      • TaskRuns for Windows can get combined with non-Windows TaskRuns in a single pipeline.
