pipeline run labels disappearing sometimes after updating them

in task of pipeline run, we run python code which is updating labels on current running pipeline run via API patching them, labels are correctly updated after that, but after pipeline run finishes sometimes happens, that labels added by patching aren't there and present are only labels which were set during pipeline run create/start

from my testing it happens like in 2 cases from 16 roughly
during my testing there were running those 16 pipeline runs in parallel
