      Description

When using sql-provider with sql-listener on MSSQL2008 it is necessary or use url with SelectMethod="cursor" (otherwise SELECT FOR UPDATE doesn't work). Failing to do this generates unintuitive jdbc exception from native mssql jdbc driver when sql-listener is trying to return the data. It was hard to find out how to fix this when I encountered it.

Even though it is MS JDBC specific thing, in my opinion it is good practice to put such information into documentation for our sql-provider/sql-listener or rethrow native exception with meaningful message (to inform user what he should do - add SelectMethod="cursor").
