Create a Maven Plugin for ShrinkWrap.

This plugin should allow ShrinkWrap Maven Resolver to retrieve all required information about executed pom file, reactor, settings, etc from currently executed Maven command.

Original way how to configure ShrinkWrap Maven Resolver manually has to be preserved.
