Locate OCM CI/CD jobs on konflux to support automatically delivery.

Benefit Hypothesis:

To meet the company's strategy, we should use konflux as platform for CI/CD jobs running to support automatically delivery for services and clients

Responsibilities

wavellite  is responsible for leading service CI jobs migration

xueli@redhat.com  is responsible for leading clients CI jobs migration

Success Criteria

• All service jobs are located on konflux and can be triggered automatically according to the strategy
• The service jobs failure can/won't gating the deployment to production automatically according to the strategy
• All clients CI jobs can be triggered/migrated to konflux
• RHCS client can implement automatically  publishing
