Goal

Create and sustain ongoing enhancements for ROSA's command line utility, focusing on increasing the unit test coverage within the CLI. 

Benefit Hypothesis:

We believe that undertaking these efforts will result in a more refined and efficient ROSA experience, reducing the number of regressions experienced during development. This, in turn, will enable us to deliver enhanced value to our users at an accelerated and sustainable pace.
