Goal

Fully adopt Dynatrace for all observability (ROSA HCP) and Central Observability and Alerting.

Benefit Hypothesis:

We believe that the result of doing this work will enrich metrics and dashboards and sre experience. Offboarding from existing platform (RHOBS). Improves performance and supportability.

Success Criteria

• To ensure that Hypershift related tooling, alerting, observability is fully integrated with Dynatrace and wider SRE team increases it's use and shares feedback/concern to help improve further.
• Implementing changes to "turn off" RHOBS alerting and default to Dynatrace alerting (even if it's for short term as a test, that's very helpful to know the gaps if anything is missed).
• Once confirmed that Hypershift observability is fine and acceptable through Dynatrace, RHOBS team could help with removal the tenant/metrics/infra etc.
• SLO Dashboards Migrated
