Description
a few things to tackle:
- looks like e2e-network-migration periodic jobs are not there for 4.12 or master(4.13)
- check if the job name not having sdn/ovn is causing a flake and if so, fix that up by renaming the job or modifying the test code to ignore jobs that migration from different CNIs
- look in to periodic timings that they make sense (i.e., older releases run at a slower cadence than newer)
