This card is the high level card that tracks the collaboration needed to be done with the Perf&Scale team to ensure we don't regress from our current numbers.

Some goals of the card is the following:

• We know there is going to be an increase in the worker node CPU/MEM in OVN IC - ensure we aren't regressing beyond the SLO
• We know there is going to be data duplication across nodes since the db's are going to be stored on each node and distributed router is now going to be split as one router per node (downstream).
• transit switch performance as we scale the nodes - anything to be worried about?

Based on initial benchmarking results, if we find issues then we will open more concrete development cards to tackle those issues - might be in the form of bugs as is usually done for other scale work.
