kubernetes v1.23 is supposed to release 12/7

the test case Kubernetes e2e suite: [sig-network] Conntrack should drop INVALID conntrack entries [Suite:openshift/conformance/parallel] [Suite:k8s] is failing, like
in this example, but it's PR to fix should be present in v1.23.

Just issue a "/test k8s-e2e-gcp" on this PR which will re-enable the test case to
double check. In the build-log of the job artifacts you can see what version of
k8s is being used for the e2e tests. looks like this:

      Nov 9 19:20:34.810: INFO: e2e test version: v1.22.1-1724+f8881bf71c913a-dirty
      Nov 9 19:20:34.849: INFO: kube-apiserver version: v1.22.1-1724+f8881bf71c913a-dirty
