Epic Goal

• To ensure we continue supporting Local Gateway mode (LGW) in OVN-K (versus Shared Gateway mode). There was an agreement to deprecate LGW earlier but now we have decided against it.

Why is this important?

• We have CUs who have specific use cases where they want to use the host networking stack and rely on kernel to route traffic the way they want to.
