The first thing we need to do in adding ARM support for kubernetes-nmstate is find out if we can support ARM, and if so how we do that. It may be as simple as adding an ARM label to https://github.com/openshift/kubernetes-nmstate/blob/1ef6f0aa1e34fa22ff2dda982f010cd671f0a897/manifests/4.9/kubernetes-nmstate-operator.v4.9.0.clusterserviceversion.yaml#L29 but we need to investigate and probably ask ART for confirmation.
