Description
on reboot ovn-kube only insures that the egressfirewalls do not have the old format in the ovn database.
this should be expanded so that the ovn-kube does a proper sync with kubernetes aka
there are no egressfirewalls setup in the ovn-db that kubernetes is not aware of.
