We need to validate Satellite/Capsule integration with Anaconda for provisioning RHEL 10.2+ hosts that include pre-installed Flatpak applications served by the Satellite/Capsule registry.

      A proper Satellite/Capsule setup requires:

      1. RHEL repositories enabled and synced.
      1. The Flatpak repository synced.
      1. These repositories available either through a Content View or directly from Library.
      1. An activation key that grants host access to all required repositories.

During provisioning, Anaconda should use the activation key to access the Satellite/Capsule content. Our goal is to confirm that a host can be successfully provisioned with pre-installed Flatpak applications when Satellite/Capsule is configured correctly.
