The baseline profile defines a set of always-enabled features, like the scenario with the Puppet based installer
Features are plugins/modules/services that can enhance the experience (Foreman plugins, IoP, DNS management, etc)

Acceptance criteria:

• The CLI exposes a way to pick a profile
• The CLI exposes a way to add and to remove features ontop of the set profile
