Description of problem:

Provisioning options updated in Satellite 6.16 show a new “Media” dropdown marked as mandatory (asterisk present), even though it should not be required when “Synced Content” is used.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. simply Create a host

2. Operating system Tab -> Select Provisioning Method as Network Based and use Media Selection as Synced Content

Actual behavior:
The “Media” option remains marked as mandatory regardless of Synced Content selection.

Expected behavior:
The asterisk should be removed from the “Media” option when “Synced Content” is available/selected.

Business Impact / Additional info:

Users are confused during builds and unable to proceed without selecting Media, even though it’s not required when using Synced Content.
