Description of problem:

The overview page on Satellite Web UI does not scroll down while trying to scroll Widgets continue down or UP.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Satellite Web UI > Dashboard > Overview page
2. Select any Widget and try to scroll down or up
3. The page does not move automatically downward or upward and it is very difficult to move the widgets to adjust.

Actual results:

Page stays on same position making it difficult to adjust the position of the widgets.

Expected results:

The page should move automatically if we select any Widget and move it to upward or downward.
