USER PROBLEM

1. Currently, the users don't have the option to amend, cancel or delete other users' deferrals.
2. Even the admin user/users with write privileges cannot edit the deferrals of other users.
3. This contradicts the stated permissions where admins should have write permissions for both VulnerabilityManagementRequests and VulnerabilityManagementApprovals, allowing them to update any request.

CONDITIONS

This situation happens when a user creates a deferral, which cannot be modified/deleted by any user apart from the user itself.
