Supported LDAP servers only in Admin UI.

Admin UI contains a drop down list of LDAP servers - providing needed options default to assist with configuration.

Product should contain only supported LDAP servers listed there. Currently being:

As Priority 1: MSAD
As Priority 2: Red Hat Directory Server and Oracle Directory Server

This list should be adjusted as part of productisation and verified in product related testsuite.
