    Description

      Summary
When user drags node on canvas and reach the border of the canvas with mouse pointer. The dragging operation is cancelled and node is dropped on that border.
Same happens for properties, or palette panels that overlap canvas.

      Acceptance criteria
When user drags a node on canvas and reaches the border of the canvas with its mouse pointer, the dragging operation is not cancelled until user clicks on canvas.
Mouse pointer should also not be able to pass the boundary of canvas, until user places the node on canvas.
