      Install the operator on the Openshift platform, configure one KieApp instance with the given requirement, using DockerImage image kind and image name as per documentation: "Click Set KIE Server image, change the Kind value to DockerImage, and then provide the image name including the registry name, but without the version tag, for example:

      registry.example.com/custom/rhpam-kieserver-rhel8"

      When the KieApp instance contains one server configuration to pull the image from a given registry, using the information provided at the end of section 3.5.1 :

      The operator fails to deploy the server raising the following errors:
      1- spec.triggers[0].imageChangeParams.from.kind: Invalid value: \"DockerImage\": kind must be an ImageStreamTag
      2- spec.triggers[0].imageChangeParams.from.name: Invalid value: \"dmartino/rhpam-kieserver-rhel8-custom\": must be in the form of <name>:<tag>]"
