Allow message start events to use system properties or environment variables as message name

Currently to start a process with a Kafka event, the message start event of the process uses a static message name (topic).  Please allow the use of an expression (such as #{...}) to parameterize the message name.  Since this is a start process event, we cannot use a process variable so ideally we should use either a system property or an environment variable.
