Make pulling of dependencies and kjar validation skippable in kie-server lauch script

Description

    There is some scenarios where a container verification might not be needed like the KiE Jar was already tested previously as part of a pipeline before the build and deployment.

    In some cases, the verification can take a few minutes to to be verified taking the KIE Server container to be restarted due probe failures or taking too long to get started.

     

     

    Control Flags:

    • Disable both pull dependencies and kieContainer verification. Useful for pre-compiled kjars.
    • Disable only the verification, for non compiled kjars, some dependencies still needed to be pulled
