Stunner - Notification subject in Designer is shorter than in DB scripts

      Subject is cut to 100 symbols

      It should be possible to store 255 symbols length for Notification subject.

    Description

      Subject of Notifications of User task is limited by 100 symbols in Designer. But in our scripts it can be 255 symbols long. Both values should be aligned to each other.
