Update locale selection drop down to include only the supported languages for RHDM and RHPAM

    Description

      Drop down to select language for localized text in the UI should only include the following languages - English, Spanish, French and Japanese.
      All other language options should be removed, please implement the change for both RHDM and RHPAM
