Project is not created when several users create projects at the same time

      1. Create 4 projects by 4 users.
      2. One of the project is not created and exception is displayed.
      3. Corrupted project is not located in .niogit neither it is not visible in workbench.

      Error is displayed when several users create projects at the same time.

      After the error is closed and business central is refreshed:

      • Project is not visible in workbench.
      • Project is not located in .niogit directory.

      The issues is similar to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/AF-2146 but in this issue the corrupted project is not visible in the workbench.
