[GSS](7.z) Filter for searching artifacts in the business central

The filter for searching artifacts has been removed in the Admin Perspective "Admin -> Artifacts" in the business central. However the filter is included when you want to add dependencies to a project or create deployment units.

We have a customer who was using the filter functionality to find and download the different artifacts, and checking if the artifact is correct. However this functionality has missed in RHPAM/RHDM 7 (it was in BRMS 6.4).
