    Description

When using non UTF-8 characters (eg. accent characters in French) in a BPMN diagram, the diagram is not being displayed properly. Looking at the SVG file which is generated by the designer (both legacy as well as stunner), we can see that this file has a strange XML structure. It seems it lacks standard XML tags for character encoding (character set).

Expected behavior : The diagram should displays words with accents without error or weird characters.
