Removed call to jgit deprecated class

      to align to JBEAP 7.2 the version of org.eclipse.jgit had was upgraded from 4.8.0.201706111038-r to 5.0.2.201807311906-r.
      The build failed because of https://rhba-jenkins.rhev-ci-vms.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/job/KIE/job/Test-jobs/job/org.eclipse.jgit-upgrade/3/console

      There is called/used deprecated jgit class in uberfire-nio-jgit module. This blocks upgrade to 5.x where the class doesn't exist anymore.

            tdavid@redhat.com yes, I agree this upgrade was done, but due ongoing IP BOM drop task, it is still not merged in sources of the branch to be used.

            The name and the description are not correct. The git update was not done. There was only the fix linked in this jira.

            paulovmr mbiarnes@redhat.com Could you please fix the name of the issue and the description?

            If the git should be updated we have to fix this. Current jgit version in the business-central binaries is 4.8.0.201706111038-r.

            I cannot move the jira to verified before one of the choices is made.
