enable a Service task

install the service task to a project

look at the count in the Service Task Administration for the item

delete space with the project

go back to the Service Task Administration and see that the value hasn't decreased

When a service task is enabled and installed in a project, the count in Service Task Administration page increases for the Service task.

But when the space with the project is deleted, the count stays the same.
