Provide CORS configuration support for Kie Server in RHPAM

    Description

      In order to support CORS in KIE-Server on OpenShift, users currently need to do a rebuild the KIE-Server with a new "standalone-openshift.xml" file that has the proper CORS filters enabled, as shown here: https://github.com/jbossdemocentral/rhdm7-qlb-loan-demo/blob/master/support/openshift/rhdm70-kieserver-cors/Dockerfile

      Users should be able to configure CORS filters using template parameters OOTB in our official images.
