Provide configuration options for paginated views

    Description

      In RHPAM, the list views for tasks and processes are paginated by default with an option to display '5,10,15,20 items'.

      Requesting to allow further customizations of these pagination options through system preferences:

      • Define other pagination options (eg. 10,20,100)
      • Define a global default value for all users (eg. 100 instead of 10)
