Make terminology on data connections page less AWS-specific

In the data connections UI, the terminology and examples are AWS specific, which imply AWS S3 is the only supported option. We expect self-managed customers in particular to have other storage options. This story is to modify the terminology or examples/defaults on this page so users don't think AWS is the only option.
