    Description

      Description of problem:

If a user fills up the PVC to 100%, the kernel keeps dying. Restarting the pods does nothing. Nothing works. the only thing that works is to open a terminal and delete stuff to make some space.

But a user would not know that.

Apparently, on top of that, the Admin would not be notified. (https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_data_science/1/html-single/release_notes/index#bug-fixes_RHODS-5822_relnotes)
