[DSG] UI does not show the GPU requests and limits among workbenches details

Currently, workbench details reports only CPU and memory limits/requests, but it does not report the GPU ones when attached.

Expected results:

GPU resource limits/requests reported among the workbench details

Scenario

1. Create a workbench and attach a GPU instance
2. go back to DS project details page
3. expand workbench row to show details
4. check the Limits and Requests sections
