Collect answers to all major pending questions about:

      • Which Images (containing which libraries at which version) are going to be provided for launch
      • What does it mean for an image to be optimized vs. not optimized.
      • Need to clearly define which libraries/versions are expected/supported
      • Need to define upgrade/edit of an image by a user. Editing an image should be denied, but currently users can use pip install to update/get new libraries.
      • Pip install doesn’t modify the image hash itself so it should be fine. Users are expected to be able to pip install libraries in their runtimes, but the installation won’t persist across sessions. Is this the expected behaviour?
