Gracefully handle situations such as:

• Serving runtime not supported by the backend (e.g. custom serving runtimes)
• Query provided by backend is invalid.
• ConfigMap does not exist

It's important to give the user as much relevant information as possible (e.g. RHOAI doesn't support metrics for SuperNewServingRuntime etc) and handle these gracefully.

Whilst UXD have stated they don't need to be involved in this, the solution should be run by them before completion.
