CPU and Memory Usage  Consumption for Ray Cluster workloads jobs created is not Showing in Distributed Workloads UI 

Steps:

1. Create a Data science Project and  workbench with Standard Data science notebook 

2. Clone codeflare sdk  and execute the demo notebooks for ray cluster creation and Job submission.

3.Check Ray cluster Usage is showing in Top resource-consuming distributed workloads  in Distributed Workloads page
