Additional env variable causes issues

      In a self-managed RHOAI 2.8 env.

      I created 2 workbenches using the same image. 

      only difference is that in one (with) I defined the Env variable the way the doc tells me I need to.

      In the other, (without) I did not define any env variable. 

      Results:

      Without the variable, everything works. 

       

      But in the other workbench, with the variable:
