Include a code source url field for pipeline import and pipeline version import. This value should then be displayed in the bottom drawer pipeline version details as a link.

This issue is currently blocked by an upstream issue, https://github.com/kubeflow/pipelines/issues/10571, which aims to solve a inconstancy in how the code source url can be used. Currently you can only set it when uploading a pipeline from a url and not a file.
