Platform Sprint 2.6
When Notebooks (or similar non-service mesh components such as Minio service) and KServe are deployed together in a namespace enrolled in the service mesh, the accessibility of Notebooks exposed via routes might not be accessible. This is caused by the router being blocked as a result of the NetworkPolicies in place.
