This is a follow-up to RHIDP-6162. Capturing this after deciding to go ahead with merging the Orchestrator chart, and handling this in a subsequent issue.

Right now, the Orchestrator DB creation Job uses `busybox` and `postgres` images from Docker Hub: https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-chart/blob/main/charts/backstage/values.yaml#L375-L378

We should be consistent and use images from quay.io in the upstream chart (https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-chart/blob/main/charts/backstage/values.yaml#L252-L255) and images from registry.redhat.io in the downstream chart.

We also need to make sure that our airgap instructions still work with these images.
