The change introduced by RHIDP-6652 updated package-dynamic-plugin to take the package name from the exported dynamic plugin package.json directly, however this can result in an incorrect output directory should the exported dynamic plugin use a organization identifier. Previously the command was replacing these characters and this behavior should be restored for the plugin output directory.
