Description of problem:

Unable to see the Home page, or marketplace via operator-based installation, which comes as part of default configurations. It works as expected in helm based installation and in operator based installation it works if I add these default configurations on my own.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use RHDH 1.5 RC
2. Install via operator 

Actual results:

1. for the Home page, getting 404
2. Marketplace not showing up

Expected results:

1. Home page should load
2. Marketplace should show up
