Description of problem:

The extensions plugin looks different when loaded via the dynamic plugins wrapper in RHDH then then statically in Backstage (in rhdh-plugins).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a RHDH 1.5/1.6 build with the Extensions plugin
2. Open the 3scale plugin

Actual results:

1. Background color is a "medium gray" in dark mode
2. There is no gap between the highlights and the about text (see attached screenshots)

Expected results:

1. Background color should be "darker" in dark mode
2. There should be a gap between the highlights and the about text (see attached screenshots)
