The RHDH documentation requires restructuring to make it more user-story-focused and improve content discoverability. The new structure must align with standard guidelines on categories, adhere to best practices in documentation, and incorporate principles of the content journey to enhance user experience. This includes structuring content around personas to better address the needs and expectations of different user groups.

• Content Journey Integration: Apply the concept of content journey to create a seamless and intuitive user flow through the documentation.
• Persona-Based Structure: Organize content around key user personas to deliver more targeted and relevant information.
• Compliance with Standards: Align the documentation structure with established guidelines for categories and best practices.
• Stakeholder Feedback Integration: Incorporate valuable feedback from stakeholders to enhance usability.

Requirements (Acceptance Criteria)

• Proposal Development: Create a comprehensive proposal for restructuring the documentation, including the application of content journey principles and persona-based content structuring.
• Stakeholder Approval: Obtain acknowledgment and approval from documentation team stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Review: Obtain approval from stakeholders across teams.
• Persona Identification: Identify and define key user personas to guide the content restructuring process.
• Work Breakdown: Divide the CX effort into multiple Jira Epics for better tracking and execution.
• Review Process: Conduct peer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) reviews on the pull requests addressing these Epics.
• Implementation: Merge the changes and publish the restructured documentation.
