Description of problem:

Dynamic plugins that exposes dynamic routes without a title shows as empty sidebar item.

Routes without a title were possible with 1.2 already.

Actual results:

The sidebar shows a navigation link without a title (space is blocked for that navigation item).

Expected results:

The sidebar should not show a link when the title is not defined.

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Always with specific plugins, like the orchestrator plugin.
