      With this update, three plugins previously under the `@janus-idp` scope have moved to `@backstage-community`:

      Description of problem:

      `janus-idp-backstage-plugin-argocd` has been renamed to `backstage-community-plugin-redhat-argocd`. Maybe other plugins have also been renamed.

      This should be mentioned either in the release notes or the upgrade docs.
