Description of problem:

Unable to Load RHDH when Deployed Using Helm - 404 Error

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Opeshift cluster-> developer view
2. Add+ -> Helm chart
3. Search Red Hat Developer Hub select char 1.2.0 / App Version 1.2-105 (Provided by OpenShift Helm Charts) and create.
4. set the clusterRouterBase.

Actual results:

Blank screen with 404 error.

Expected results:

application should load.

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once): Always.
