In the RBAC admin UI, the plugin name (in this case the HTTP Request plugin) that's associated with the scaffolder.action.execute is not showing up:

I don't know if it's a UI issue or plugin issue.  Feel free to re-assign{}

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Set up RHDH with the roadiehq-scaffolder-backend-module-http-request-dynamic enabled or request access to the DAST instance

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Admin > RBAC page
2. Click on the role:default/rbac_admin
3. Scroll through the Permissions Policies panel
